TERMS OF USE

1. Quotes and bookings
   Prices shown on this website are starting prices unless stated otherwise. The final price may depend on the vehicle’s size, condition, location and the work required. A quotation may be revised if the vehicle or requested work differs materially from the information provided. A booking is confirmed only when agreed by OB Detailing.

2. Appointments and access
   Appointment times and service durations are estimates. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and any power, water or site access agreed when booking. Personal belongings should be removed before work begins.

3. Vehicle condition and results
   Please disclose known defects, damage, delicate surfaces, previous repairs or other concerns before the service. Results depend on the vehicle’s age, condition and previous treatment. No particular correction level or finish is guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Changes and cancellations
   Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any deposit or cancellation arrangement specifically agreed when booking will apply. OB Detailing may rearrange an appointment where weather, access, safety or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent the work from being completed.

5. Payment
   Payment is due using the method and timing agreed for the booking. Any additional work will be discussed before it is carried out wherever reasonably possible.

6. Warranties and aftercare
   Any product or service warranty is subject to the relevant aftercare requirements. The 12-month window-film warranty covers bubbling or lifting unless the film has been tampered with. Ceramic-coating warranty terms are provided for the coating used.

7. Website content
   Photographs, descriptions and expected service times are illustrative. Images may show optional or higher-level services. Website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

8. Liability and your rights
   Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
